Rookie Camp is operated the first week of our regular eight-week summer camp season (June 25th-July 1st). Boys and girls of all ages are welcome.
Rookie Week is limited to First-Time Lohikan campers. It’s designed for campers who are hesitant about making more than a weeklong commitment to their first-time camp experience. Here’s an opportunity to experience traditional sleepaway camping for a week, with an option to extend another week!
The only requirement for the One-Week Rookie Camp is that it be the camper’s first-time sleep-away camp experience. Enrollment is limited in terms of numbers. Campers are housed in cabins with counselors and other campers who are enrolled for a normal camp session. Campers participate fully in our summer camp program which features 65+ arts, sports and adventure activities! It’s a great introduction to the camp experience!
